Chelsea Panse, MA

Doctoral Fellow

Chelsea Panse is a Ph.D. Candidate in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Leadership, which is funded by the Office of Special Education Programs. Chelsea received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Comprehensive Special Education from the University of Connecticut IB/M program. Prior to beginning the Ph.D. program in ECI, she was a special education teacher in Connecticut for three years and taught in Indonesia for one year. Her research interests include family-professional partnerships and family engagement in their child’s learning. Currently, she is an instructor for the Early Intervention Specialist Program (EISP) and the Interim Coordinator for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program.
