Molly Reilly

LEND Trainee

Molly Reilly is a first year Ph.D. student in UConn’s Early Childhood Special Education
program and is advised by Dr. Mary Beth Bruder. She acquired her B.A. in psychology from
Western Connecticut State University before completing her M.A. in Psychology from Southern
Connecticut State University. She has worked as a BCBA since 2013 and has spent the last six
years working with the Birth to Three population. Molly has also served as a research assistant for
Dr. Fein at UConn and Dr. Schwichtenberg at Purdue University. She has a passion for research
and supporting children and families through the use of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral
Interventions (NDBIs). She hopes to extend the evidence base for NDBIs and help bridge the
research to implementation gap by training caregivers to implement NDBI strategies.
