Paula DeMichiel

Administrative Program Coordinator

Paula DeMichiel joined the UCONN University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities in September of 2021. She is excited to work in the Early Childhood Personnel Center (ECPC) as an Administrative Program Coordinator. Paula attended Southern CT State University and received a degree in Business Administration. She has a background working as an Administrative Assistant and Research Associate in market research for more than 17 years.
Paula has 4 children with the youngest having a developmental disability. Paula has had the experience of growing up with a parent with a disability and caring for a relative with Alzheimer’s. Paula has significant experience working with the disabled population. Paula is thrilled to make a contribution to the ECPC Program and help children and families as a family advocate.
