Deborah Richards

Deborah Richards recently retired as the Director of Student Services for the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC). In this role she administered the services for approximately 5,000 students with disabilities ages Birth to 21 in the greater Hartford region. She has over 30 years’ experience providing support and services to children and families as a speech pathologist and later as an administrator in the Department of Developmental Disabilities and the CT State Department of Education.
