Research Associate

Urszula is a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant 1 with substantial experience in data management and analysis, specializing in reporting for the National Institute for Research on Disability and Rehabilitation (NIRS). Before joining UCEDD, she worked as a Medical Assistant at the Cancer Center of Central Connecticut for over five years. Urszula holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology with a focus on research methods and evaluation from the University of Connecticut, along with a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Central Connecticut State University.
