Directions
Our office is situated in the northeast section of Farmington along Farmington Avenue (Route 4) about one mile (five minutes) from Interstate I-84. The Exchange office complex is directly across the street from the UConn Health main campus entrance.

From Interstate 84 East or West
- Take Exit 39, Farmington, Route 4
- At 1st stoplight, turn right onto Route 4 East (Farmington Avenue)
- Get in left lane
- Go 1.1 miles to 3rd stoplight, turn left at light into The Exchange, 270 Farmington Avenue
- Once you have turned into this main entrance of The Exchange, turn left at 1st stop sign and go into the parking lot and park anywhere near the right side of the building as you face it
- On the right, there will be an entrance to building 4 and you will see a sign that says Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities in the window
- Go in that entrance
- Suite 181 is on the right
- The classroom/conference room is across the hall on the left
