Toi Weatherspoon
Toi serves as an Administrative Program Coordinator at the UCEDD. She has worked for the State of Connecticut for over 15 years, with experience in Administrative and Fiscal responsibilities with a primary focus in Grants Administration.
She has four children, five stepchildren and a grandparent of one, with a developmental disability.
She studied at Manchester Community College where she received a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
